Brian Wiltshire and Aimee May are seasoned professionals in the Dental, TMJ, and Sleep Medicine fields and bring a wealth of experience to the business consulting process.
Brian and his wife, Dr. Tammy, own and operate the TMJ and Sleep Therapy Centre of Reno and Well Beyond Dental. They’ve gone from general dentistry to adding TMJ and sleep patients to their practice, to separating the two practices into specific entities. A lawyer by trade, he brings his analytical engine, comprehensive understanding of operations, and patient care into every meeting.
Aimee, began as a dental hygienist and myofunctional therapist at the same practice, but quickly transitioned into the role of Practice Manager.
Her role has been critical for new patient acquisition, training the front office staff, delivering treatment presentations and educating the patient all while delivering 5 Diamond level service.
Their combined expertise in clinical practice and patient engagement positions them uniquely to guide businesses in the healthcare sector. By leveraging their firsthand experience, Brian and Aimee offer practical insights and strategies tailored to the nuances of healthcare operations.
