These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by Anchor Corps LLC (“Anchor Corps”) to people who contact us.
What we send
Customer-care messages about your inquiry: replies to your questions, scheduling and confirming meetings, and follow-ups on your calls and website requests. If we miss your call, we may send one text inviting you to reply. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you opt in
By calling or texting our business number, or by checking the optional text-message consent box on our contact form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to stop receiving messages; you will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or reach us through our contact page.
